WelmadeTechnology Corporation (“WELMADE”) is established in 2022 in Phoenix, Arizona. WELMADE distributes custom gas monitoring system equipment for cleanroom & product line applications and provides integrated system services. Our support services include parts supply, technical consultancy, system lifetime procurement management, etc.
- Our primary customers come from various fields,including electronics, semiconductors, FPD (TFT/LCD), LED, etc. We also collaborate with research institutes, governments, and academic institutes.
- Our main products are online gas monitoring system equipment. Including AMC gas micro pollution monitor system in Cleanroom, Discharges Pipeline VOC(THC/CH4/NMHC) gas continuous monitoring system and other correlations monitors the system equipment.
- Our support services include parts supply, technical consultancy, system lifetime procurement management, etc.

Teledyne API T108
Total Sulfur analyzer
The Model T108 Total Sulfur analyzer is designed to measure mixed sulfur impurities, collectively referred to as Total Sulfides, in air or carbon dioxide gas. Since there is no scrubber in the system, the instrument reading is the sum of the oxidized sulfur compounds and SO2.
The Model T108 consists of a modified Model T100 SO2 analyzer with special software and a Model 501TS high temperature thermal oxidizer. Sulfur compounds are heated as they pass through the converter and oxidized into SO2. When analyzing CO2, which generally contains no oxygen, approximately 6% O2 is added to the sample before entering the converter. This dilution is corrected in the calibration procedure.
All T Series instruments offer an advanced color display, capacitive touch screen, intuitive user interface, flexible I/0, and built-in data acquisition capability. All instrument set up, control and access to stored data and diagnostic information is available through the front panel, or via RS232, Ethernet, or USB com ports, either locally or by remote connection.
The Model T108 comes with NumaView™ Software. NumaView™ Remote PC Software allows for a remote connection with virtual interface and data downloading capability to analyzers operating NumaView™ Software.
Teledyne API T201
Chemiluminescence NH3 Analyzer
The Model T201 combines a specially configured chemiluminescence analyzer with an external thermal converter (see "Features" tab for external converter photo) to give stable and repeatable NH3 measurements at very low levels. In addition, the T201 provides simultaneous values for NO, NO2, and NOx concentrations. The T201 is ideal for trace ammonia monitoring applications in ambient air as well as in clean rooms and make-up air units. Optional zero and span valves allow automatic, unattended calibration checks.
The Model T201 achieves its remarkable stability by means of an AutoZero valve which measures and corrects for zero noise. Multiple self-checks are performed continuously to insure maximum up-time while an innovative sample path, plumbed with specially conditioned materials, preserves the NH3 sample and reduces interferents to a minimum.

Teledyne API T700
Dynamic Dilution Calibrator
The Model T700 is a microprocessor based calibrator for precision gas analyzers. Using highly accurate mass flow controllers combined with compressed sources of standard gases, calibration standards are provided for multipoint span and zero calibrations using up to 4 gas sources.
The Model T700 can be equipped with an optional UV ozone generator for accurate, dependable ozone calibrations, and to enable production of NO2 when blended with NO gas in the included, internal gas phase titration (GPT) chamber. An optional photometer allows even more precise control of the ozone generator giving accurate and dependable ozone calibrations and enhanced GPTs. To ensure the highest accuracy of NO2 output, the T700 with the photometer option can measure the ozone concentration prior to performing a GPT. A nearly unlimited number of calibration sequences may be programmed into the non-volatile memory of the Model T700, covering time periods up to a year.
